Taper lock bushings are used to mount pulleys, sprockets, and sheaves on shafts. They are split, flangeless bushings that use screws to tighten on the shaft and provide excellent clamping force. These bearings also keep sprocket hubs narrow, maintain a small center of load dimension, and stabilize overhung loads. Used in flush mounting, taper-lock bushings have evenly spaced installation and removal holes. They are highly effective in high-torque applications when installed correctly.
Z21 taper lock inner size from 5mm to 35mm and outer size from 16mm to 60mm which are widely used for timing pulleys HTD3M or HTD5M.
