SJ20/10 and SJ30/10 Single Screw Extruders with water cooling jacket

General Features:
Screw and Barrel Material: Both models use 38 CrMoAlA steel for the screw and barrel, treated with quenching and tempering, and nitriding (inner surface nitriding and grinding to HV720).
Screw Design: Both feature a barrier-type two-stage mixing screw. The SJ20/10 has a general-purpose screw, while the SJ30/10 is specified for Pc (Polycarbonate).
Nitriding Layer: Nitriding layer depth is 0.5-0.7mm.
Surface Finish: Surface roughness of Ra0.4, and screw straightness of 0.015mm.
Barrel: Grooved barrel with enhanced cooling jacket.
Barrel Heating: Stainless steel shell. The SJ30/10 uses mica heaters.
Temperature Range: Both models have a maximum operating temperature of 300℃. The SJ30/10 has a static temperature accuracy of ±1℃, while the SJ20/10's temperature range is 80-300°C.
Electrical Components: Both models use a Huibang temperature controller.
