Dual BLDC FOC Controller

This is a dual-channel brushless motor controller. It operates within a voltage range of 12V to 72V and can handle a continuous current of 60A per channel. It is designed for two permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) and uses Field-Oriented Control (FOC) for precise and efficient operation.

Main Functions
FOC Control: The FOC control (four-quadrant) and sine wave control (two-quadrant) can be switched freely. It supports speed and current closed-loop control.
System Modes: Independent dual motor open-loop, independent dual motor speed closed-loop, dual motor synchronized power, dual motor synchronized closed-loop, dual motor synchronized differential closed-loop, and dual motor position synchronized differential control (this function is not yet available).
Control Methods: It supports communication control (MODBUS RTU 485\CAN\CANOPEN), analog control (throttle), PWM (pulse width modulation) control, model remote control (PPM), and push rod control.
Input/Output (I/O) Functions: There are four input/output pins on the left and ten on the right, which can be configured freely. Supported functions include: enable, urgent stop, forward limit, reverse limit, forward start, reverse start, and fault reset.
Output I/O: There are ten output pins on the left and ten on the right, which are N-channel open-drain or 5V push-pull outputs. Output functions can be configured as: long-term output, alarm signal, FG feedback signal, motor brake signal, and communication control.
Braking: It supports electronic braking (motor lock function) and electromagnetic braking (electromagnetic clutch automatic control).
Adaptive Learning: The motor and controller can automatically adapt to each other.
Stall Protection: It supports long-term stall without burning the motor and controller. It supports stall alarms and allows you to set the duration for the stall alarm.
Energy Recovery: Supports energy recovery.

Multi-Protection Functions
Power Supply Protection: Overvoltage and undervoltage protection with a configurable protection voltage range.
Bus Protection: Bus current limiting, phase overcurrent protection, overload protection, and overtemperature protection.
Phase Protection: Phase-break and intermittent phase-break protection.
ESD Protection: All I/O ports have ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection. The input ports can withstand a 25V signal.
Circuit Board Protection: The circuit board is moisture-proof, dust-proof, and anti-vibration.

Software and Communication
PC Software: Provides PC 485 configuration software to configure parameters and debug the controller. It also provides PC CAN test software.
Communication Code: Provides C++ host computer Modbus RTU communication code and single-chip C language Modbus RTU communication code.
