These Industrial Grade heavy-duty CNC frames are constructed from high-quality cast iron, designed for users requiring superior rigidity and vibration damping compared to aluminum frames. Each kit undergoes a rigorous manufacturing process: initial rough machining followed by a 2-week aging period to relieve internal stress, and a final precision milling session just before shipping
1. 3020 Standard Kit (115kg Class)
A high-precision, compact chassis designed for fine engraving and milling.
Included Components: Base (37kg), Integrated Column/Beam (36kg), Workbench (14kg), and 2-piece Z-axis plates.
Precision Prep: All mounting surfaces are precision-milled. Holes are pre-drilled and tapped (excluding protection limit switch positions).
Fitment: Designed for HGH20 linear rails (X500/Y440/Z300mm). Nut seats fit standard 22x38mm top-mounting holes.
2. 3040 Professional Kit (145kg Class)
A mid-range frame offering larger travel for more versatile projects.
Included Components: Base, Integrated Column/Beam, Workbench, and 2-piece Z-axis plates.
Painting: Ships with a base layer of paint.
Accuracy Note: Optimized for HGH20CA rails(X580/Y500/Z300). We recommend using high-quality rails; lower-grade sliders can have height variances of >0.1mm, making precision calibration impossible.
3. 5040 Heavy-Duty Kit (205kg Class)
The most robust option, featuring oversized Y-axis support and 25mm rails for heavy metal removal.
Rigidity Upgrades: Uses HGH25CA rails (X720/735/Y700/Z350) on X and Y axes for maximum torque resistance. 20mm diameter screws ensure high-speed stability.
Integrated Design: Features an integrated screw seat design with a mounting hole pattern of 15x54 / 45x58mm.
Workbench: 500x400mm, precision-milled on both sides. Clearance height is 80.5mm (2x screw center height).
Shipping: Packed in a wooden crate (approx. 76x78x46cm).
Important Purchasing Notes
Surface Aesthetics: As these are industrial Cast Iron products, the surface may contain small sand holes (casting pores). This does not affect structural integrity.
Kit Definition: These are Frame Kits. Linear rails, ball screws, motors, and electronics are not included unless specified.
Stress Relief: All frames are annealed and aged to ensure the machining precision does not drift over time.
Recommended Shipping Method: Sea Freight (DDP/Delivery Duty Paid)
Cost-Effectiveness: Standard air express (DHL/FedEx) for items over 100kg is extremely expensive. We strongly recommend Sea Freight with door-to-door delivery.
