1. VBF100CI (Drive Base) (You can leave a note while placing the order for CW or CCW version)
Size Category: 100mm Drive
Material: Cast Iron (CI). The use of cast iron provides high mass and rigidity, which is essential for dampening stray vibrations and ensuring that the energy is directed purely into the bowl for stable feeding.
Power Consumption: 30W
Mounting: M8 threaded hole for securing the bowl.
Application: Best for tiny, lightweight precision parts (e.g., micro-screws, electronic components).
2. VBF150CI (Drive Base)
Size Category: 150mm Drive
Material: Cast Iron (CI). Similar to the 100CI, the cast iron construction offers the necessary weight to prevent the base from "walking" or vibrating excessively on the mounting surface.
Power Consumption: 100W
Mounting: M8 threaded hole.
Application: Ideal for medium-small parts requiring a slightly larger bowl diameter or higher feeding volume than the 100 model.
3. VBF200Alu (Drive Base)
Size Category: 200mm Drive
Material: Aluminum (Alu). Unlike the smaller models, this uses an aluminum base. Aluminum is often chosen for larger drives to manage weight while maintaining high structural integrity, or for specific clean-room environments where cast iron oxidation might be a concern.
Power Consumption: 220W
Mounting: M8 threaded hole.
Application: Suitable for larger or heavier parts that require significant force to move up the bowl track.

4. VBC-3A (Controller)
Type: Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder Controller
Input Voltage: 85–260VAC (Universal range)
Current Rating: 3A
Functionality: This is the "brain" for the drive bases. It uses frequency modulation to precisely control the feeding speed and vibration amplitude.
Compatibility: It can drive any of the above bases and is rated for electromagnetic devices driving bowls up to 500mm in diameter.
Key Feature: Ensures smooth, non-jerky movement, which is critical for orienting delicate parts without damaging them.
